Exchanging Pleasantries.

Plastic skin, made to adjust to your whims
Of what fits well, and keeps you interested
In seeing my face, right up close
Where I can peer into yours,
And find a void to suck on to.
Water that hole monthly,
And keep you alive inside.
Free you to lash onto my spirit,
And flounder around my edges,
Because I’d be shut away from you,
Turn away from you,
Hide my face, not to let you know,
How indifferent I feel, about your feelings.
